Meegan Kelly joined ICF International in 2017. She provides policy analysis and regulatory support to advance ICF’s work on distributed energy resources (DER) with a focus on combined heat and power (CHP). Prior to joining ICF, Meegan was with the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), where she led research and outreach related to CHP and industrial energy efficiency. She holds a master of science in energy policy and climate from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor of science in communications with majors in journalism and philosophy from University of Miami.
